Connect the systems you already run
Donor CRMs
Connect Raiser's Edge NXT, Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack or Bloomerang. Funders come in from the CRM, and your grants go out to it, so your development team sees them where it already works.
- Raiser's Edge NXT
- In: organization constituents and their contacts, as funders. Out: grants, as opportunities.
- Salesforce NPSP
- In: accounts and their contacts, as funders. Out: grants, as opportunities.
- Bloomerang
- In: organizations and their primary contacts, as funders. Out: awarded grants, as pledges.
Which system owns which field
The CRM owns a funder’s name and website and each contact’s details; AnyGrant owns each grant’s name, stage, amounts and dates, which it sends and never reads back. Fields only AnyGrant has, such as notes, EIN and how a funder takes applications, are never touched by a sync. You run a sync from the integration’s page, and each run records what it changed.
Accounting
Connect QuickBooks Online and map your accounts and classes to grants and budget categories once. Expenses come in as spending against each award’s budget lines and deposits as drawdowns, so budget vs actual is current without an export. A line with no mapping is counted and skipped, never guessed. QuickBooks is read only: nothing is written back to your books.
Planned
OneDrive, to attach documents from your organization’s files.
Which plan includes integrations
Integrations are part of the Integrations plan. During the beta every workspace can connect them. See pricing.
